What you get to do:
Grow the Salesforce practice in the North America region
Drive and own the end-to-end sales engagement activities for Salesforce Practice- for both new existing accounts in the region.
Leverage Randstad’s extensive and deep customer relations in the NA region to win deals across the Salesforce value chain
Develop comprehensive proposals/sales bids/ presentations/ demonstrations for customers in conjunction with the pre sales team and practice technical team
Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing the strategy to protect, grow, and diversify existing/new relationships in your portfolio.
Work in alignment with Randstad Digital Industry Sales teams and build trusted relationships with leaders and buyers in the portfolio to identify cross sell/up sell opportunities and repeat sales opportunities.
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate Salesforce products, services, and/or solutions.
Inform clients of new offerings, solutions and recommend services that suit clients’ business needs.
Collaborate with the presales and delivery team on RFP response, effort estimation pricing, proposal presentation, demos, SOW finalization; Drive and own all commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customer
Identify Industry plays and differentiators to drive pipeline growth across industries and work with the Practice team in creating differentiated offerings to achieve these.
Drive and manage the Go-to-market activities/ Market facing events
Develop and orchestrate execution of Joint Go-To Market plans with Salesforce.
Maintain executive connect with Salesforce and engage with Salesforce Account executive to improve Randstad Digital mindshare with Salesforce/ customers
Responsible for achieving the defined quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
What you need to bring:
We are looking for a Sales VP for our Salesforce Practice in the North America geography.
Must have 15+ years of experience selling Salesforce services/solutions.
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Self-driven and highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.
Should have played a similar role in Tier 1, Tier 2 IT companies or niche salesforce consulting firms providing Salesforce services
10+ years of validated experience in Enterprise Application sales
Must have experience of 5+ years of selling Salesforce solutions across CRM, Commerce, Marketing, Industry Clouds (Media Education), Integration (MuleSoft) and CRM Analytics.
Knowledge of the marketplace and delivery of Salesforce solutions
Need to be strong in technology and content led selling.
Experience with senior executive client relationship building and relationship management.
Good understanding of Global Delivery models and methodologies
