Job descriptionResponsibilities:
Procurement of parts, consumables, tools, filters, fluids.Review Equipment and Vehicle Inspection Logs and give issues to Lead Mechanic.Conduct daily equipment status meetings with multiple jobsites.Shop Inventory Management of all spare parts, filters, fluids, hardware.Work with Site Managers on jobsites to maintain Inventory Management at jobsite.Up to 25% travel to jobsites to perform office trailer setup, laydown yard setup and prepare for mobilization of equipment and crews.Reviewing maintenance logs for correct hours, maintaining the tracker for equipment maintenance, ensuring all maintenance supplies are onsite before maintenance is due and reordering maintenance supplies after services completed.Review and file repair reports into proper filing system.Writing Purchase Orders as needed.Requirements:- Advanced organizational skills and strong attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Mechanical knowledge required.- Able to edit PDF documents with Bluebeam (similar to Adobe).
