  Sales Support Coordinator

  Working as part of our Industrial division, at our new facility at Bournemouth International Airport, Curtiss-Wright is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The key responsibility of the internal sales administrator is to set up customers on the internal system, check and process customer orders in line with procedures, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders until delivery.

  Your Challenge:

  The key responsibility of the Sales Support Coordinator is to set up customers on the internal system, check and process customer orders in line with procedures, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders until delivery.

  Dealing directly with customers, and other internal departments, via email and the telephone, responding to queries and enquiries as required, and providing administrative support.

  Creating back-order reports for customers

  Raising basic quotations to customers as required.

  Support the external sales teams with administrative tasks as required.

  Liaise with other departments to get updates as required on delivery status of orders, capacity, and parts status.

  Assist in general internal sales administrative activities in the absence of other members of the sales team.

  Working as part of a customer focused team.

  Perform other administrative tasks that may be required as requested by the Sales Supervisor.

  What You Bring:

  Excellent communication skills

  Attention to detail

  Experience in a similar position with proven administrative skills and excellent customer service skills

  Strong IT skills including MS office, Outlook and Excel

  About Us:

  Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, which includes the product brands of Arens Controls, Penny & Giles, PG Drives Technology and Williams Controls, is an excellent supplier in providing components and sub-systems which enable customer specific solutions for on- and off-highway vehicles. These include medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses and motor coaches, construction and agricultural vehicles, materials handling, and other specialty vehicles, as well as sophisticated wheelchairs and scooters for medical mobility.

  We develop and manufacture electronic throttle controls, transmission shifters and sensors for commercial off-highway equipment and heavy trucks, helping to address the long-term trend towards attaining higher fuel efficiency and lower emissions. We also supply operator controls and advanced motor controllers for hybrid and electric vehicles, such as buses, forklift trucks, pallet stackers, wheelchairs, and rehabilitation chairs.
