  Your future role.

  You define and manage strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with divisions, regions, and functions to ensure focused and successful global implementation.

  You proactivily drive the development and implementation of CRM processes, focusing on their positive impact on customer experience and sales efficiency.

  You are responsible for implementing a Net Promoter Score (NPS) system to cultivate a customer-centric mindset and elevate our customer experience.

  You build robust networks within the organization to facilitate sustainable change processes and drive innovation.

  Your profile.

  You own a university degree in Business Admistration

  You have long-term professional experience in industrial B2B business, with a strong background in sales

  You are experienced in leading strategic projects within complex and dynamic environments.

  You bring experience and joy in visualizing complex topics and creation of Management decision papers

  You are proficient in CRM processes and tools, with a proven ability to drive impactful implementations.

  Your strengths are strong analytical capabilities and tools know how as well as conceptual thinking, with a drive to initiate and lead lasting positive change.

  You are open to new working styles and methods, including the integration of AI and innovative technologies in daily work processes.

  You have excellent communication skills (fluent in German and English), particularly with senior management stakeholders, and the ability to navigate intercultural contexts.
