In this Role you will be leading Mobile Business Group in North Africa handling revenue, sell out & profitability targets for Motorola Smartphones.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
Manage relationships with major Distributors and Large Format Retailers.
Archive all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner recruitment, and development of new Key Accounts.
Develop the business strategy and drive end to end ownership and accountability for key markets that includes complete ownership of the Sales Process.
Define and review Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Lenovo’s Business growth targets.
Work with cross-functional teams including product, logistics, operations and marketing to build go to market strategy for product launches, define portfolio based on local requirements and drive global priorities in licensing, e-commerce and B2B business.
Organization
The role will report to General Manager, Mobile Business Group META & CIS supporting customers in North Africa. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
At least 10 years sales management experience within the mobile hardware industry, with exposure to high volume sales and proven track record of high tech. product sales management experience.
Fluency in Business English & Arabic.
Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in a high-volume technology related company.
Depth and breadth of understanding of IT systems and IT industry players.
Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment.
Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities.
