Provide technical expertise in installingand troubleshooting electrical wiring and equipment. Work cooperatively withthe general contractor and/or customer in managing the project, projectschedule and employees. Monitor installations and ensure work is performedaccording to Bergelectric Corp. standards and project specifications.ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible forsupervision of all field production activities; Provide assistance to the Foremanin planning the job, ordering materials and manpower.Work withappropriate Project Managers and Superintendents to establish project goals atthe beginning of the project and monitor success in reaching those objectives onan ongoing basis.Review and monitorlabor efficiencies, hours and ratios. Project the labor needs for the durationof the projectMonitor codes andspecifications, installation methods.Prepare, review,distribute and/or maintain all required installation documentation.Provide leadershipand guidance to sub-Foremen.Work with theappropriate Project Managers and Superintendents to track and monitor materialcosts, storage, consumed and ordered to identify potential problems whileminimizing cost and overruns to Bergelectric Corp.AchieveBergelectric Corp. productivity objectives by effectively managing andassigning tasks to crew members, while maintaining an accurate labor trackinglog and communicating with other key project personnelUtilize aproactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues.Ensure the propersafety equipment, materials and tools are onsite to perform required work.Maintain completeand accurate "as-builts" as per Bergelectric Corp. procedures and projectrequirements.Communicateeffectively with a wide range of individuals including project owners,architects, general contractors, management, crew members, etc.Adhere to projectcontract document changes and Bergelectric Corp. change ordernotice-to-proceed policies.Adhere to allBergelectric Corp., state and federal safety policies and procedures.Ensure all workperformed meets with NEC, federal, state, county, local codes and contractdocuments.Ensure compliancewith all policies and procedures included in the Bergelectric Corp. EmployeeHandbook.QualificationsSKILLSAND EXPERIENCE:A minimum of threeto five years of experience working as an Systems Foreman/General Foreman orin a similar role in electrical construction, design and cost management for commercialor industrial projects.Must hold a currentJourneyman license (if required by the applicable state, city or county).Advanced abilitiesin reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications with in-depthknowledge of the NFPA codes.Demonstrated trackrecord of successful project leadership with experience managing sub-Foremen.Capable ofmanaging any type of private or public sector electrical construction projectincluding new construction, tenant improvements, e
