Job Summary Under general supervision the RecoveryRepresentative II is responsible for skip-tracing, repossession ofcharged-off collateral, and collection of remaining balances via payoff,settlement or payment plan on charged off loans. The RecoveryRepresentative II will handle complex customer and vendor issuesincluding working specialty Active Duty accounts. The RecoveryRepresentative II will assist with training and identifying areas forimprovement.
