This is a full-time CONTRACT position with the same benefits as Regular full-time. Most contracts are renewable for terms of one year.

NATURE OF WORK:
The general responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, maintaining 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant requirements through the submission of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables as outline by the grant, maintaining DCF staff and operational compliance and licensure at their assigned center location, hiring, training and direct supervision of Certified Teachers and Site Supervisors, managing and purchasing approved items through awarded grant budget within approved scope of work, planning, executing and documentation of Family Night Events, Advisory Board Meetings, Professional Development Trainings and more as needed on a yearly basis. In addition, collaboration with multiple internal and external Leadership staff to meet the goals of the grant (this would cover Center Managers, School Principals, Owners of the businesses we work with, etc.).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Recreation Administration or a closely related field; and a minimum of one (1) year of experience with program management in specialty area required; or an equivalent combination of related education, training and experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English Highly Preferred. Must possess a valid Florida driver's license. A Commercial Drivers License is desired. FRPA Certification desired.
VALID DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. VALID FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
