　　Program Summary:

　　Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is an 18-24 months development program crafted for high potential young graduates, equipping you with professional and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us! The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within Customer Development/ Marketing/ Retail Marketing/ eCommerce, etc.

　　Degree or Master’s degree holder

　　Possess less than 18 months full-time working experience (excluding internships & part-time work)

　　Passionate about developing a career in FMCG industry

　　Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills

　　Adventurous, entrepreneurial & possess experimental mindset
