Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Operating the switchboard
Welcoming customers and visitors
Organizing business trips (flight, train, hotel bookings, visa applications, car hire), hotel reservations for customers/partners
Managing/supporting meeting rooms incl. business lunch orders for meetings and event planning, ordering drinks and coffee for meeting rooms
Managing the regular mail (internal and external)
Keys and managing access control, assisting the BU Heads at the location
Ordering office supplies, various general secretarial tasks
What you bring to Sulzer:
At least 2 to 3 years experience in managing administrative tasks as Receptionist
High school degree in Business Administration or commercial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working independently, proactivity and discretion, multi-tasking, punctual, empathetic
To speak fluently English, German and very good French
Strong command of MS Office 365, in particular Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams
