JOB DESCRIPTION
Nonvehicle eCommerce product line consists of multiple product teams including Parts, Accessories, PIM & OMS. Each product teams supports their respective businesses using specialized COTS products. Ford eCommerce Integration Layer (FEIL) is the common backend integration ETL layer which connects all these systems and with their external interfaces.
FEIL layer consist of multiple ETL jobs developed in Informatica cloud (IICS) platform. These jobs use both the application integrations and data integrations. Some of the jobs are business critical and runs through out the clock. Key features are passing the order data between the headless eCommerce front end application to the backend OMS and other order fulfilment systems, updating inventory data, updating the Product catalog & pricing information, supporting eBay marketplace integration, reconciliation support, etc.
This position holds the key responsibilities for all the end-to-end connections for the nonvehicle eCommerce systems. It requires good understating of the business, system, and technology. There are lot of opportunities to interact with multiple business and IT stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide better IT solutions. There are additional opportunities to lead other peer developers who supports each individual product teams.

Develop or enhance the IICS jobs for any new business requirements.Improve the job monitoring process. Optimize the job performance.Production support for accessories B2C launch. Resolve all incidents within the agreed SLA.Improve the systems by automating the process flow. Setup the robust monitoring and alerting system. Collaboratively working with all the stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
B.E Engineering or equivalent work experienceExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsGood Team player. Good understanding of business requirements and priorities.10+ Years of Strong experience in IICS and relevant ETL Data warehousing technologies (API, SQL, Scripts, etc).Should be able to provide technical solutions to complex business problems. Should be able to guide and help other team members when required. Able to closely work with business to gather requirements.Should have good understating of agile and PDO practices.Should have Production support experiences.Resolve production ETL job failures in Informatica.Analyze production data issues.Develop reusable components for automation.Code enhancements using Informatica.

Good understanding of eCommerce businessBeing able to contribute individually or as part of a team.Being patient with teams and having the right attitude to help teams coming for Tool consultation.Emerging technologies, cloud architectures, security and/or any other service-oriented architecture
