　　L3Harris’ Communication Systems segment is currently seeking an Engineering Technician D to join our team. This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.

　　Job Description:

　　Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.

　　Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of development or test equipment.

　　Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, operating or repair manuals, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions..

　　Provide technical support to Systems Engineering development activities to include data collection, documentation, interconnect diagrams, material tracking, etc.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Security clearance strongly desired

　　DoD contractor/Military experience preferred

　　Good communication and organizational skills

　　Ability to work autonomously
