Your Role
Reporting to the National Revenue Care Manager you will ensure that Project Logistics clients are invoiced accurately and promptly across all modes of transport. The role takes responsibility for the revenue care within Project Logistics, collaborating with the Project Logistics Customer Excellence team to solve discrepancies with the joint goal of timely closure of the Financial Sub Ledger and accurate, timely invoicing. The specialist handles incoming supplier invoices for an error-free accrual process. Make sure billing and Financial Sub Ledger closure are within agreed KPI targets, including any entry or checking into customer systems if required.
Your Responsibilities
You will oversee accrual management
Ensure the accuracy of all Kuehne+Nagel Project Logistic related invoice and supplier accrual data over its life cycle.
Collaborate and share information with Business Unit Revenue Care Center teams.
You will ensure that all team members are experienced and trained in industry knowledge, revenue care and systems
You will promote Centralization and Automation programs in the Revenue Care Center following the country plans.
You can improve of Kuehne+Nagel Profit and Loss invoice key performance indicators (KPIs) (such as invoice, accuracy) with the Customer Care Location and Operational Care Center teams
Ensure all customer specific invoicing (manual and e-invoice), documentation and systems are correctly used and managed to stop any payment delays or discrepancies
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelors Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or another Discipline
1+ years of Project Logistics Experience.
1+ years of Finance.
1+ years of Energy / Industrial Projects / Marine
