JOB REQUIREMENTS: To oversee the operations of the Spa and ensure thatthe guest experience is a relaxing retreat with the services offered.-Responsible for the daily operations of the Calladora Spa. -MaintainLake Lawn\'s standards to ensure consistency in regards to guest serviceand quality of product by direct guest interaction. -Guide businessdecisions by staying on top of Spa industry trends. -Responsible tomonitor and analyse the products and services of competitive Spas, tomaintain a competitive advantage. -Implement full Spa product andservice purchasing standards and ensure compliance. -Maintain an up todate version of the Spa Procedure Manual and ensure compliance. -Monitoroperations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, orhygiene standards. -Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and wellmaintained at all times. -Develop procedures for accurate inventorycontrol and monitoring. -Ensure the Spa is always staged for maximumbuyer impact. -Work closely with Sales, Conference Services and CateringSales to up sell, design, coordinate and book spa services forconferences and/or wedding functions. -Train and supervise the Spa staffutilizing an on-going training program. -Develop staff service or retailgoals and guide staff in goal achievement. The employee frequently isrequired to walk; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently liftand/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100+pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include closevision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depthperception, and ability to adjust focus. The position is indoors; and isexposed to wet, hot, and/or humid conditions at times. The noise levelin the work environment is usually moderate to quiet.
