About Program Manager III, Sustaining Operations, Consumer Hardware

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience with consumer electronics.

  Experience managing, implementing, and successfully executing technology or program roll-outs and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and regions.

  Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  Experience with manufacturing or supply chain management in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.

  Experience with Quality Engineering.

  Ability to understand the technical issue and be able to elaborate the technical impact clearly.

  Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to galvanize and influence large cross-functional teams.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  Responsibilities

  Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.

  Establish a designated channel for escalating issues encountered during the sustaining phase, including challenges related to supply availability and quality issues.

  Collaborate closely with the Quality Engineer team to swiftly and efficiently identify and resolve quality issues.

  Exert influence on leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve a balanced approach between business impact and quality, ensuring the implementation of the most optimal solutions.

  Manage program schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
