About Program Finance Analyst, Lead

  Description

  Leidos is seeking a Program Finance Analyst, Lead to join the Intel Group of Leidos in the Chantilly office. The selected individual will be a key member of the team and will be able to provide inputs into many program financial processes and get involved with special projects.

  Occasional telework is allowed but selected candidate is expected to live within commuting distance to Chantilly - VA.

  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of all contract cost and financial dataMonthly invoicing, funding deliverables and subcontract monitoringEstablishment of initial EAC (Estimate at Complete) and updatesSupport monthly closing of financial key measurements (Revenue, Operating Income, etc)Reconciliation of time entered for employees across two time entry systemsSupporting customer meetingsCreating and presenting monthly internal and external customer reportsSupporting any ad hoc requests by internal management and external customersPricing of ECPs on current contractsEvaluate, monitor and implement policies, practices and functional performance standards for the Business Operations team

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of program finance related experience.Advanced level Excel skills (Vlookup, pivot table, macros, etc).Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.Prior experience with government contracting industry.Ability to work independently, or in a team environment and with various organizational levels.MUST be a US Citizen and have ability and willingness to obtain a secret clearance.

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  Program Finance experience with multiple contract typesExcellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysisKnowledge of Leidos Financial Systems.OAC/data query tool experienceTS/SCI clearance preferred.

  Pay Range:

  Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00

  The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
