Description

　　Leidos is seeking an experienced Policy and Strategy Analyst for our client’s operational requirement on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, MD.

　　Primary Responsibilities: Requirements, Cost and Effectiveness

　　Performing formalized annual study planning

　　Executing individual studies which includes developing Terms of Reference, collecting, normalizing, and preparing data, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, forming well-supported alternatives to support senior-level decisions, writing long-form narrative reports and executive-level briefings.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　TS/SCI with Poly required.

　　Experience with the planning and conduct of formal studies.

　　Experience with gathering normalizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data required.

　　Experience designing, administering, analyzing surveys, and request for information.

　　Knowledge of statistical methods and analytic software toolsets such as Excel and Tableau required.

　　Knowledge of/experience with the analytic methods used by the Intelligence Community.

　　Experience in designing executive-level decision analytics, papers, and studies.

　　Strong writing skills required.

　　Bachelor’s degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Collection experience in various intelligence disciplines.Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
