　　Team or Function Overview

　　We are looking for a Production Operator for our manufacturing plant in Phoenix, AZ. This position is Responsible for safe operation of manufacturing equipment and forklifts, and production and/or shipment of quality products. Follow all safety, operational, maintenance, and housekeeping policies and procedures for the plant and your assigned department and work well in a team environment.

　　Summary

　　The Production Operator ensures the efficient operation of processing equipment and processes. Makes routine tests and observes, charts, and determines when the process is complete. The Production Operator will safely control and oversee various machines and equipment involved in production.

　　Essential Duties

　　Maintain accurate production records.

　　Weigh and stage materials.

　　Work as a Relief Operator to other Production Operators.

　　Operate Canning Line

　　Perform Quality Control Testing.

　　Receive raw materials.

　　Print and label buckets.

　　Operate Palletizer and Fork-lift.

　　Physical Demands

　　Ability to walk, lift, carry, grasp, bend, climb stairs and ladders, reach, kneel

　　Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time as necessary

　　Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds

　　Ability to see and hear clearly, with or without the use of aids

　　Under This Roof, We Require

　　High School Diploma/GED Equivalent or 6 months of work experience

　　3+ months of previous experience in manufacturing - We will provide special training to employees based on interest and availability

　　Strong Communication skills.

　　Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day to day Plant activities.

　　Strong decision-making skills and the capability to adapt and facilitate change.

　　Familiarity with Safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities.

　　Intermediate knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as the ability to use root cause analysis to troubleshoot and solve problems.

　　Tech savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.

　　Related experience in a manufacturing environment, especially roofing.

　　Paint/Coating batch process experience.
