About Production Line Worker

  Rôle :

  Rôle global dévolu au titulaire de la fonction :

  Relevant du directeur d’usine, l’opérateur assure la production sécuritaire de tiges d’aluminium dans le respect des spécifications des clients internes et externes, le tout selon la cédule de production. À cet effet, l’opérateur est en mesure de travailler dans les quatre secteurs de production de l’usine Lapointe : Les fours, l’utilité, la roue et aux laminoir/bobinoirs.

  Responsabilités :

  Les reponsabilités à assumer sont :

  Effectuer les différentes tâches d’opération dans le respect des MAT; Planifier les besoins en métal en fusion selon les commandes ; Recevoir le métal en fusion ; Ajouter des ingrédients d'alliage à la fournée afin de répondre aux spécifications du produit ; Transférer le métal des fours vers la roue de coulée en apportant les traitements requis par le produit (filtration, dégazage, etc.) ; Opérer la roue de coulée afin d'assurer la solidification du métal (barre) ; Opérer le laminoir afin de transformer la barre en tige selon les spécifications du produit ; Opérer le bobinoir et réaliser les tests (torsion, élongation, etc.) afin de s'assurer de la qualité du produit ; Respecter les procédures de santé et sécurité au travail; Respecter les politiques générales de l’entreprise; Assurer la propreté de l’environnement de travail; Représenter son équipe de travail sur un ou plusieurs comités.

  Profil des qualifications :

  Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC).Les DEC obtenus dans un programme technique axé sur les sciences physiques sont privilégiés. Un DEC dans une autre discipline ou pré-universitaire peut être reconnu s’il est combiné avec un diplôme d’études professionnels technique de domaine industriel ou de la construction.

  Horaire de travail variable basé sur des quarts de 12 heures de jour, de nuit sur semaine et fin de semaine.
