We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for exceeding sales targets through the sale of Marketo's Interactive Webinar Demand Generation Platform to enterprise Marketo customer accounts nationally.You will work with Adobe's enterprise Marketo clientsacross all Industries in North America, understanding their business goals and recommending how a combination of a Demand Generation Platform (Interactive Webinars powered by Adobe Connect) and the world's largest Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo Engage) can impact customers top line by delivering webinar experiences that generate and qualify leads for sales.You will drive net new revenue within an assigned account base, thrive on being on the front lines, prospecting, consultative selling, and winning! You will achieve success through solution selling capabilities and direct, face-to-face contact with the customer. If you are passionate about what you do, have an entrepreneurial flair and are excited by leading-edge customer journey technologies, we would love to speak with you.What you'll DoDevelop and execute an account plan that serves as a success roadmap to exceed the quota.Work with existing customersand perform outbound prospecting activities to generate new business within an existing Adobe customer base.Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.Collaborate and work with various cross-functional groups within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk) to successfully manage the entire sales cycle.Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives and communicating how Adobe can solve them.Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe's Marketo Engage Platform + Interactive Webinars add-on.Develop account plans with key partners.What you need to succeed5+ years large enterprise-level outside software sales experienceworking with stakeholders across CMO and/or CIO organizations requiredAbility to understand client business objectives and tell the differentiated Adobe story of the solution.High-levelunderstanding of: Adobe Marketo and Interactive Webinar add-on (Powered by Adobe Connect)Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe's solutions.Ability to understand customer needs and solution fit by delivering effective product demonstrations, use cases, positioning differentiated value/vision, and sales pitches.Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota.Creative self-starter with the ability to work independently.Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience requiredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,000 -- $225,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
