Clinical Research Coordinator

　　This is a short term contract position and requires previous clinical research experience

　　Job Description:

　　Looking to hire an onsite full time individual with clinical research experience to act as a consultant CRC to support an ongoing Asthma clinical trial. This CRC must be experienced in being able to work independently. You will act as one of the main CRC’s for this study. Please note, as the position and study progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description. A candidate must help the site and study wherever needed depending on the specific assignment.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Patient recruitment

　　Chart review of patient medical records

　　Phone screening

　　Informed consent

　　Collection of study data and entering into EDC

　　Data verification

　　Resolving queries

　　Referral physician networking

　　Community outreach

　　Medical record retrieval

　　Media referral processing

　　Scheduling for in-patient visits

　　Scheduling follow up appointments

　　Appointment reminders

　　Any study efforts deemed necessary by the site

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of two years in a Clinical Research Coordinator role

　　Experience with Centricity electronic medical record (EMR) required

　　Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems

　　Experience in patient recruitment and community outreach for clinical trials

　　Wiling to obtain Good Clinical Practices (GCP) certification

　　Location: Ocean Township, NJ - zip code 07712

　　Duration: Open ended contract - expected to be 3-6 months with possible extension

　　Schedule: Onsite 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) - during normal business hours

　　Hourly pay range: $25-33 per hour

　　Expected start date: ASAP
