The Global Customer Fulfillment (GCF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is seeking a Product Manager to drive network wide projects and innovate new processes at scale during Amazon’s explosive growth. In this role, you will partner with data management, software, and automation teams to drive innovation at the fulfillment center level, driving network wide projects that span a broad spectrum of multifunctional aspects of the business. This role calls for an individual who is technically proficient as well as operationally sound in order to gain credibility with fulfillment center leadership and key stake holders at various levels of the organization.
The Product Manager (PM) role will challenge you to push boundaries and lead transformative innovation while having the autonomy to make rapid data-driven decisions and invent on behalf of Fulfillment Center (FC) Operators and Associates. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with members from various teams, including Operations, Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT), Amazon Robotics, Advanced Technology, Global Transportation Services, Finance, QuBIT, etc. to deploy solutions at scale.

• Gathering and understanding data requirements, working with the team to achieve high quality data insights
· Thinking big and developing and nurturing new ideas, while simultaneously applying high standards to weed out ideas that are less impactful
· Collaborating and influencing team members, working with development teams and other business groups, and presenting projects to senior leadership on a regular basis
· Partnering to build and execute on new initiatives and product roadmaps each year
· Compiling, managing, and reporting on weekly project metrics and being responsible for leading many high profile meetings to align on project requirements
· Building relationships and identifying with stakeholders across the organization
· Having the technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams
· Understanding how to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead other teams without line of sight to a clear solution in the short term

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, including use of lookups and pivot tables
Intermediate understanding of SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables (ex. Redshift, MySQL, Oracle)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership
Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
