Primary Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Work closely with customers to deeply understand the challenges of theirbusiness and uncover the most valuable solutions we can provide to solve theirproblems.
Train internal departments on new product features and provide support tocustomers.
Travel to customers' sites and other Yes Energy offices - minimum travelexpectation is 15-20%.
Participate in Product Development
Act as the product owner on the data engineering team.
Own the product roadmap for expanding Yes Energy's catalog of nodal powermarket data.
Manage the product backlog for feature requests and bug fixes.
Analyze usage data to make data-driven decisions on future investment in thedata catalog.
Perform market research and understand how different customer segments use ourproducts.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market product strategies.
Develop content-driven marketing pieces.
Be the expert on the competitive landscape for nodal power market data.
Partner with Customer Success & Customer Support
Work with the Customer Success team to provide advanced product support.
Work with the Customer Success team to develop and implement metrics tomeasure and improve customer engagement and to maximize the customer's valuefrom Yes Energy products.
Create training tools and lead projects geared towards increasing adoption ofYes Energy products and features.
