Develop new state-of-the-art functions and features for new customer applications. Incorporate the latest threat mitigation strategies to thwart advanced cyber-attacks on the engine. Work with industry leaders and experts, while acting as a technical focal point and mentoring early career engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Technical leadership, systems integration, and architecture development
Disciplined requirements-based engineering
Effective coordination and communication with:
Multi-disciplinary design and systems engineering teams
Chief engineers, fellows, industry experts
Project management organizations
Internal and external customers
Field Issue troubleshooting and support
Project coordination and supplier technical oversight
Program planning, adherence to Agile development processes

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematicsWE VALUE
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, electronic design, or circuit analysis
Background in hardware / software / sensor / actuator integration of microcontroller-based embedded systems
Expert in systems development lifecycle
Individuals that quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts
Leading diverse and global team
Individuals who are self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, and who consistently take the initiative to get things done
Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
