Description

We are looking for a skilled Temporary Payment Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team at our leading real estate company. Your main focus will be to streamline the financial operations of our company by managing transactions, resolving disputes, handling account inquiries, and analyzing payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process payments: Review and collect data, apply correct codes, generate invoices, process payments and validate payment details.

Customer Service: Correspond with clients to resolve invoice disputes, payment issues and account discrepancies.

Cash handling: Process cash and check payments, record all transactions, and balance cash drawer.

Reporting: Collect data and prepare monthly financial reports.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payment processing, finance, or relevant role.

Strong understanding of billing processes and cash handling.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant accounting software.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
