Job Summary

　　Position Summary:

　　Under the supervision of the Unit Director, the physical therapy aide performs direct patient care tasks in a rehab aide capacity, acts as receptionist for the Rehab Department, maintains and charges supplies and equipment, performs data entry and runs reports for departmental metrics and staffing, organizes and provides therapist’s daily patient assignments, general office cleaning and equipment cleaning, room set-up for patients and other duties as assigned.

　　Education: High School Diploma/GED

　　Experience: No previous experience
