　　Assisting clients with care such as grooming, washing and maintaining personal hygiene standardsPreparing and serving healthy, nutritious meals, taking into account any special dietary needs and personal preferencesIdentifying activities that would appeal to the patients and ensuring that they are suitably stimulatedPreparing food and drinks for patientsContributing to a clean, well-organized and pleasant environment for all patientsPerforming light housekeeping dutiesLifting, moving, positioning and transporting clientsProviding social companionshipEnsuring clients take their prescribed medication on timeAssisting with physical therapy exercisesEscorting clients to and from appointmentsTaking clients temperatures, pulse and weightFollowing care plans created by medical staffRunning errands for clients or accompanying them on errandsReporting any changes in health or behavior
