We are driven by acommon purpose to make a positive impact for each other, our communities,and the environment.Overall responsibilitiesTo provide direct engineering technician support to the manufacturingproduction lines including by not limited to:Supporting development of screw manufacturing as part of New ProductIntroduction (NPI).Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of automated,semi-automated, and manual manufacturing equipment used in the manufacturingprocess.Ensure that the manufacturing process complies with its specifications andthat the product meets material qualifications.Position duties and responsibilitiesPerform complex preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair ofautomated, semi-automated, and manual manufacturing equipmentCapable of operating and troubleshooting different machine operation inmanufacturing department.On-time completion of all trainings and PMs as assignedLead general shift passdownLead scheduling of PMs with Operations and PlanningAccurately and timely log maintenance performed on machines in database.Creation/modification of process documentationModify machine programs and perform machine programming changesCollaboration with internal departments to complete tasks. (Purchasing,Quality, Operations, Planning, Facilities, Maintenance, etc.)Support engineering technician I in the production and process support of themanufacturing lines.Assist process engineers in Project tasks.
