About Partner Solutions Manager, Media

  Summary:

  The Global Partnerships team works with partners across creators, public figures, media, entertainment news and sports across the family of apps. The team is focused on helping build and grow innovative and meaningful content and community engagement experiences and businesses that deliver sustainable value for our partners in the form of audience, advertising revenue, and conversions. The team works on a wide range of product initiatives within Meta, predominantly focusing on Facebook, Instagram & Whatsapp, including: Threads, Reels, Monetization, Broadcast Channels, Gen AI and Metaverse. The team also provides horizontal enablement across these areas for deals, content strategy and planning, audience development, product marketing, creative strategy, scaled outreach, and company-wide efforts like cultural relevance, IP regulation, racial justice initiatives and curation.Meta is seeking to hire a Partner Solutions Manager - Media for North America, within this larger Global Partnerships organization. The North America Media team connects the most influential entertainment, sports, digital media, news, live event, gaming, and lifestyle companies with the products we build. This role will focus on driving product adoption, operational efficiency and business value for Meta with these top partners. The role will work closely with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Media Operations to help Meta and our partners unlock business value across Meta's family of apps.

  Required Skills:

  Partner Solutions Manager, Media Responsibilities:

  Develop, manage and scale partnership programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta's family of apps

  Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers on business reviews and performance check-ins with media partners

  Support managed partners and liaise with internal stakeholders to understand partners’ core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities to help them achieve platform success

  Share product expertise and educate Partners on our best practices & new products to help them accelerate their growth

  Support Product Go-To Market & launches with partners in region

  Serve as a Product expert for internal partnerships teams and partners

  Act as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams

  Leverage data-led insights and narratives to drive strategic decision-making

  Use market-specific knowledge and insights to support the execution of our business goals

  Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystem

  Collaborate with cross functional teams and regional counterparts to build solutions at scale

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  5+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management

  Experience turning data into narratives

  Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative

  Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally

  Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Knowledge of the entertainment media ecosystem in North America

  Experience prioritizing conflicting demands and projects, focusing on impact

  Self-starter, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever changing environment

  Public Compensation:

  $105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
