Description

Operating across 6 states they are expanding to ensure consistent schedules, rapid client response, and internal growth opportunities.
What you get to do every day
Coordinate the collection and review of inbound contracts, suggesting redlines and negotiating contracts with the Management Team.
Oversee subcontracting processes, from request to approval, ensuring compliance with regulations and Company policies.
Administer the CLM platform, including template creation, workflow setup, and organization of contract documents.
Conduct training on the CLM platform, contract best practices, and Company policies.
Draft and proofread legal documents for the Executive Management Team.
Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a valid American Bar Association-recognized paralegal certificate in at least one (1) state (VA, NC, SC, TN, AL, GA), with preference for the State of Virginia.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a contract paralegal, contract administrator, or equivalent.
Understanding of legal language, principles, and related procedures.
Excellent written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, handle change, and resolve conflicts with minimal direction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects, identify priorities, and manage time-sensitive documents.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional, Contract Lifecycle Management software, and applicable databases.
Positive and professional demeanor, interacting well with all levels of individuals.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Adherence to Company safety policies and procedures.
