The Senior Supervisor will have overall responsibility for the maintenance and reliability of the pharmacy automation equipment while working in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

　　Responsibilities

　　Monitor equipment performance software and or applications to minimize downtime and maximize patient service.

　　Monitor and engage the team to improve Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

　　Act as the first level of Management Response.

　　Build strong teams through continuous training/development for the team. Evaluate team and individual performance.

　　Conduct one on one meetings with direct reports and provide feedback for end of year reviews.

　　Collect, analyze and issue corrective actions as needed for routine daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operating reports.

　　Oversee and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

　　Qualifications

　　High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

　　2-5 years of relevant working experience

　　Experience leading within an industrial maintenance or reliability team.

　　Computer knowledge including MS Office application

　　Demonstrated ability to lead a workgroup or project team

　　Results-oriented coupled with the ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

　　Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing processes, responsibilities, work environments as well as making independent decisions quickly.

　　Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and leadership

　　Effective motivator and self-starter

　　Excellent planning and organizational skills

　　Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include various shifts and or weekend days.

　　Willing to travel up to 10%.

　　If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
