Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
The EPAWSS (Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System) Program, part of the TacAir Product Line, is one of ECS's most strategic program portfolios. Currently under contract with Boeing for both EMD and LRIP, the program is working through qualification of the system as well as preparing to ramp into its first lot of low-rate initial production in support of the F15E and EX platforms.
The EPAWSS Production Lead OPM will have overall responsibility for the Production program performance, ensuring Operations meets all its commitments relative to cost and schedule. The EPAWSS portfolio of Programs represents over $600m in funding across the IBP. The successful candidate will partner with Production PM, their cross-functional staffs, and the Program OPMs to ensure all Operations activities are on time and on budget. The EPAWSS Production Lead will be responsible for all QDC (Quality, Delivery, Cost) requirements for the LRIP and FRP programs as well as, ensuring material requirements are met, production NRE (DMS re-designs, TPS Maturation, etc.) is executed, affordability initiatives are funded and being driven to closure, EPAWSS factories are successfully re-started, and support is provided to an initial Depot Gap Analysis.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $136620 - $232210
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
