Tasks and Qualifications:
Principal AccountabilitiesTo comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.Manage, support and grow the flow controlling team on site to ensure KPI requirements in scope of the Dematic contract.Plan, change and maintain resource availability.Work collaboratively with the customer and the 3PL provider to deliver outstanding service for our customer To ensure development and training of all team membersTo provide a solid link to the engineering team in issue resolution and CI opportunitiesTo work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practicesTo promote and drive 5S and value-add practices across site with the teamTo ensure and instil logical ways of approaching, resolving and recording faults and daily activitiesTo ensure quality of output at all timesTo accurately record all work undertakenInvolvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunitiesTo represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relationsTo adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the companyKnowledge & Experience RequiredLevel 5 qualification in leadership (ideal) or equivalent qualification/experienceExcellent key-skills and good IT competencyIOSH or NEBOSH qualification (desirable)Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment Ability to manage multiple workloads and prioritise accordinglyDemonstratable history of excellent person management skillsDemonstratable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture
