Marketing and Sales Manager, Full-Time Easton, PAGENERAL SUMMARY: Provide the local leadership and strategic direction for sales and marketing of assigned Crayola Experience location. Provides support to the strategic direction of exhibit development throughout the facility. May serve as directional support leader for other Crayola Experience locations for strategic planning and National project work.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for driving admission sales by creating & implementing a holistic Marketing & Sales Plan for assigned Crayola Experience location.Partner with other management personnel to develop the event calendar for Crayola Experience, develop a marketing program around the calendar - identify key strategies, priorities and marketing tactics. Lead implementation of these marketing plans including creative development, media planning and promotional programming.Support all work around improving operational excellence at the Crayola Experience to develop an effective operational model.. This will include special promotional events and programming (such as birthdays, summer camps, school trips, etc), pricing models, membership plans, analysis of staffing requirements and scheduling processes, etcPlans & executes marketing research to guide decision making.Work with internal partners (Design, Engineering, Education Mktg) to identify and implement new exhibits and creative experience upgradesServe as a liaison between the Crayola Experience and corporate office to identify synergies and opportunities for efficiencies, improve communication and alignment between the two, as well as identify opportunities to scale programs by leveraging the Crayola Experience and national plans/programmingManage Sales and Marketing employees at assigned Crayola Experience location. Overall responsibility for recruiting/hiring, onboarding, time & attendance management, performance management and terminations of Sales and Marketing employees.Participates in the Manager On Duty rotation. While on duty, assumes management responsibility across all departments in the facility. Assist CE Central office as needed with cross-location strategic planning and National project work.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:College degree: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (marketing preferred.) Master's degree a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales - must have experience in leading cross-functional teams; developing objectives, strategies and priorities; strong entrepreneurial mindset.Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.Must have experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.Strategic and partnership experience a plus.Required to work weekends, evenings and holidays.PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
