Primary Tasks/Responsibilities:
Building Walk-Throughs
Communicating and scheduling with vendors and internal team members
Creating work tickets,
Familiar with similar work order technology/facility management apps
Preventative maintenance/in-house fixes when possible (little repairs that can be done without scheduling a vendor)

Description/Qualifications:
Individuals will be responsible for 1-3 sites on any given day (all locations in/around Midtown Manhattan)
Schedule - The following is an example of how the schedule is set up, to give candidates a picture of what is required for the role.
Being flexible, responsive, and communicative is a MUST
Ex. Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays - Site A, but on call for site B if needed
Ex. Tuesdays and Thursdays - Site B, but on call for site A if needed
