Our nimble, decentralized culture can provide you with a wealth of opportunities to learn about our business and quickly gain experience to accelerate your career.Who you are:The National Events Manager | U.S. is responsible for driving the marketing event strategy, planning process and execution for national corporate events, sponsorships, virtual webinars/conferences, and podcasts, ensuring alignment with the Colliers brand. The ideal candidate needs to be a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a keen eye for details in order to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities/functional departments under multiple competing deadlines.The National Events Manager | U.S. needs to possess exceptional project management, organizational and technical skills needed to execute successful events.What you bring:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business, Marketing or another related field.5+ years' experience managing events preferably in a corporate setting.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs.Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles to conduct basic financial analysis.Digital marketing experience across email, search and socialIntermediate to advanced proficiency in video communication software (Zoom, Teams etc.)Must have administrative and budget management skills.Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills.Bonus skills and experience:Previous commercial real estate experience is considered an assetCorporate event planning backgroundWhat success looks like:You successfully organize and manage Colliers national corporate events (virtual and in-person), including trade shows, industry conferences, sponsorships, and Colliers conferences.You create comprehensive event project plans, conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners, escalate risks and challenges appropriately and ensure event is delivered on time and on budget.You build and manage an annual marketing events calendar aligned to campaigns, key programs, and business objectives.In partnership with marketing leads, work with various national departments to create event communications, landing pages and demand generation activities to achieve event goals.You will deliver post-event reports with data-driven analysis including attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future event improvements.#LI-PR1#LI-RemoteMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Direct applicants only please, no agencies.Colliers provides equal employment opportunity to all persons.
