About Injection Molding Process Engineer

　　Perform, document and direct all process development activity using scientific molding tools.

　　Document all process related validation protocol requirements

　　Perform regular process audits to ensure manufacturing compliance.

　　Perform as technical liaison to customers on all related process related activity.

　　Daily monitoring of IQMS real-time actual verses standard and audit all processes not running to standard.

　　Capable of running all aspects of the molding and auxiliary equipment.

　　Full understanding of decoupled molding and ensure that process techs adhere to decoupled principles.

　　Leadership support in trouble shooting/ debugging new programs.

　　Adherence to ISO procedures.

　　Lead process tech team in developing tooling work orders for mold repairs and PM’s.

　　Utilized continuous improvement, lean and six sigma tools to reach OEE standards.

　　Coach and mentor and train process technicians.
