About Activity Coordinator

　　The Mandan Senior Center is looking for a creative and dedicated Activities Coordinator to coordinate events and daily activities for participants. You will be responsible for scheduling a variety of entertainment and programs that promote participation from senior population, creating an upbeat atmosphere and increase community bonding. Our ideal candidate has at least 12 months of experience coordinating social or recreational programs for the elderly.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Plan, organize and implement a variety of recreational activities for older individualsDevelop weekly and monthly activity scheduleCoordinate monthly activity calendar for newsletterSeek vendors for outside entertainment bookingsSchedule games and other in-house activitiesPromote participation during each eventQualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent12 months of experience developing activities for the elderlyProficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelExcellent communication and organizational skillsFlexible schedule
