　　Job Summary：

　　We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and results-driven data scientist who will help our team to grow and bring high value to the Organization. In this role, you should demonstrate excellent problem formulation/definition skills and solve challenging data science problems for Enterprise.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Work with different Business teams globally in identifying challenging problems with impact analysis.

　　Collaborate with different teams in identifying the right data sources that address the problem.

　　Work with domain experts and perform feature engineering through extracting meaningful features and exploratory analysis

　　Develop machine learning-based algorithms that potentially address business problems. Combine models through ensemble modeling for high fidelity, test and validate for consistency and work with IT/Product teams in operationalizing them

　　Have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with stakeholders like the business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams

　　Demonstrated ability in mentoring new engineers and leading diverse and complex projects

　　Highly motivated strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

　　Has strong analytical skills, including the ability to scope out business problems to be solved, start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusions relevant to the business problem.

　　Experience in creating powerful data-driven visualizations to describe ML modeling results to stakeholders.

　　Be an expert in storytelling with data and articulating the AI/ML problems in an understandable manner to the senior leadership of the Business Units

　　Demonstrated ability to work well in a global team environment

　　Follow Agile development process during daily work

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably in mechanical discipline)

　　Master’s or Advanced Degree in Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, or relevant quantitative field.

　　Min 10 years of proven experience in developing Prognostic and Predictive models for industrial applications.

　　Strong proficiency in

　　Inferential statistics

　　Machine-learning and Deep learning methods

　　Anomaly detection modeling and Time Series Analysis

　　SQL and Python/R Programming

　　Strong proficiency in Text/Image analytics

　　Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx Designer, Tableau is added advantage.

　　Strong knowledge in the application of Industrial Machinery such as HVAC/R, Automobiles, and Compressors, etc.
