Job Description
Major/Essential Duties of Job:
Assisting with and leading fish surveys, tagging, and relocation. Use of geographic information systems and tag tracking software to compile fish movement data. Assist with fish assemblage surveys in the field across Texas

1% other duties assigned

Required Education and Experience:-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus an additional two (2) years of relate experience.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's of Science in Ecology and Conservation Biology or closely related field.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with fish surveys, handling, and identification.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:-Familiarity with appropriate laboratory and/or technical equipment-Ability to effectively utilize a computer and applicable software to create databases, perform statistical analyses, present data and perform other computer related tasks.
-Ability to multi task and work cooperatively with others.
