Responsible for Indian and South Asian food section; Handle specific role in the station (Eg. Prep Veg, Fry food, Operate Grill); Work under the direction of Head Chef; Prep food items & meal components allocated to the station; Collaborate with rest of the culinary team; Ensure high quality of food and service; Stock and order supplies for the assigned station; Ensure safety and sanitation of the responsible section; Improvise food prep methods based on feedback; Assist, as needed, in other areas of the kitchen.Qualification: High School/GED or foreign equivalent Experience:18 months of experience in cooking related field.
