The Manager of Leadership Development & Facilitation plays a crucial role in providing top-tier learning and development programs across support center teams. This position is responsible for mapping functional skills across the Support Center to deliver best-in-class learning content. This position facilitates learning solutions in classroom and virtual formats, building individuals’ leadership capabilities, and functional skills, and delivering impactful experiences, that improve individuals’ performance and contribute to the business results.
This position will sit onsite 3-4 days per week in our Atlanta Support Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify functional skills and mapping skills to department functions.
Creates leadership and skill content as prioritized by company initiatives and values. Defines maintenance, revision, or retirement recommendations for these programs.
Writes learning objectives, course content, scenarios, practice activities, and assessments.
Communicates clearly and expressively and is easily understood, makes concise points, and displays an appropriate level of energy.
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to identify leadership needs, and design, develop, rollout, and evaluate leadership development programs.
Collaborates effectively with co/facilitator (team training) and/or producer to leverage technology in the classroom.
Facilitates learning with instruction for all levels in classroom and virtual formats
Demonstrates proficiency with unique features of classroom technology to sustain learner engagement.
Communicates instructional design plans, project plans, and key deliverables to support center leaders acting as facilitators, stakeholders, partners, and project teams clearly and effectively.
Develop and manage a training schedule to ensure appropriate resourcing for facilitation and delivery, across a variety of in-person and virtual modalities.
Works with stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements, and lead changes as it relates to delivery and facilitation.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform and influence the development of learning solutions.
Maintains and demonstrates a strong degree of operational knowledge keeping the end user in mind while
designing content.
Partners with the learning technology team to administer courses, course assignments, and reporting in the LMS.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
Preferred: Graduates Degree in organizational development, human resources, or a related field
Minimum: 2 years of experience in organizational development, design, or related field
Ability to map functional skills to job functions
Ability to facilitate leadership training courses required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required
Ability to create high-level engaging presentations in PPT or similar program
Strong attention to detail and organization skills are required
Preferred: Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry in an operations or training role
