  As we embark on a journey of growth, we're looking for a dynamic Manager, Ambassador and Influencer Marketing to join our Brand team. This person will lead the charge in building and scaling our ambassador program and influencer marketing initiatives. They will be at the forefront of shaping how Noom engages with and builds its community. This high impact role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement initiatives that not only foster brand advocacy but also contribute significantly to revenue growth.

  What You'll Be Doing

  Ambassador Program Development:Design and launch a comprehensive ambassador program from the ground up, aimed at turning VIP customers into enthusiastic brand ambassadors.Create and manage program guidelines, incentives, and communication strategies to foster engagement and advocacy among ambassadors.Establish and nurture relationships with key ambassadors to create a steady stream of always available user generated content for Noom to utilize in marketing campaigns.Drive a referral program via brand ambassadors to create a new channel of organic, word of mouth customer acquisition.Influencer Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute a performance-driven influencer marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate revenue.Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with Noom's brand values and target audience.Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with their audience while aligning with Noom's messaging.Revenue Growth and Performance Metrics:Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both the ambassador program and influencer marketing initiatives.Optimize strategies based on performance data to ensure maximum ROI and revenue generation.Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the impact of ambassador and influencer efforts on customer acquisition and brand reach.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, social media, and customer success teams to integrate ambassador and influencer initiatives seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ambassador and influencer activities with overall business goals.Work with paid marketing & creative teams to utilize and track the success of ambassador UGC in ads.Contract Negotiation and Relationship Management:Negotiate contracts with influencers and ambassadors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with Noom's objectives.Foster positive and long-term relationships with ambassadors and influencers to ensure continued collaboration and advocacy.

  What We're Looking For

  5+ years of experience in ambassador and influencer marketing, with a successful track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey Noom's brand message to diverse audiences.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to ambassador and influencer marketing.Experience using ambassador & influencer management software - referral software is a plus.

  Base Salary

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000-$161,000.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom's estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.

  Other Elements of the Rewards Package

  Noom currently offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This package generally includes discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare & retirement benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, disability benefits and various wellness programs, etc.
