Client is looking for a full-time/direct-hire IT Support Resource. This person will support their Microsoft/O365 environment, general software/hardware setup and troubleshooting as well as, setting up new users. Customer support experience needs to be top notch!

Duties + Responsibilities
• Provision new and existing user access and licensing through Microsoft Office 365 Administration Center.
• New workstation setups – OS Patching & profile setups.
• Help Desk development & restructuring.
• Field User profile moves/creations.
• Miscellaneous troubleshooting and of printers and connections.
• Set up new printers/users.
• Password resets for current users.
• Review and complete help desk tickets.
• Assist in the composition of documentation for processes.
• Provision and Maintain new user access in Zoom Phone platform.
• Maintain and assist with Microsoft Teams based conference technology
Bonus/Nice to Haves:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows 11
• Ability to read and understand computer and network diagrams and layouts.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all departments of the organization.
• Ability to work independently when necessary
• Proficient at level one software support including, computer imaging (Microsoft Azure experience a plus), software/Driver/Firmware updates, and new hardware installation.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management as well as iOS and Android support a plus.
• General knowledge of network infrastructure and maintenance a plus.
• Experience using remote tools to assist end users.
