About Annuity and Insurance Relationship Manager

  Your role

  Do you have experience delivering advice on Annuity and Insurance products? Are you a great communicator?Do you pride yourself in delivering an excellent client experience? We're looking for someone like you that can provide advice and counsel to our Wealth Advice Center client's.

  You will:

  • partner with other Financial Advisors across the platform to provide expertise in the financial planning process in relation to annuity and insurance products

  • review insurance & annuity products with external carriers to ensure appropriateness for client's situation and investment objectives, to make recommendations for change

  • benefit from consultative workshops and advice delivery coaching while receiving hands-on training

  • collaborate with your team to deliver advice to existing clients via inbound and outbound outreach programs

  • proactively build relationships with existing clients to meet business objectives including asset consolidation, diversification, and client deepening

  • evaluate client needs to help inform investment and insurance strategies,

  • understand and explain financial markets and economic conditions to clients

  • recommend appropriate UBS solutions and services to meet clients' financial goals by utilizing consultative approach

  • analyze portfolio performance reports, in conjunction with Wealth Management research and external parties, to make recommendations for change

  Your team

  The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch located in Weehawken, NJ and Charlotte, NC committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience.

  The UBS Wealth Advice Center currently serves over 300,000 clients. Our clients are served remotely (phone) by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates-who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.

  The UBS Wealth Advice Center leadership team supports career advancement that will help guide you in your career journey at UBS. All new UBS Wealth Advice Center employees must commit to staying in the WAC for a minimum of two years.

  Your expertise

  You have:

  • a minimum of 2 years recent work experience as an Investment Representative from a Wealth Management firm, preferably from an inbound and outbound phone based environment

  • Series 7, 66 or 63 & 65 FINRA License required.

  • Life and Health State Resident License(s) Required

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • experience in customer service

  • knowledge of insurance products such as permanent, universal, variable life

  • experience with fixed, index and variable annuities

  You are:

  • highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner

  • proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel

  • an individual that demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments

  • an excellent listener and have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

  • able to adapt and work well under pressure in a demanding corporate environment

  • able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

  • able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
