ROLE SUMMARY

　　Pfizer's Global Information Security (GIS) organization delivers proactive cyber defense for the global enterprise. 　　Strong authentication and authorization controls are vital to the security and operational resilience of Pfizer. Directory and Authentication owns and operates services that ensure people can gain access to what they need in a secure manner. IAM manages the lifecycle of corporate identities, authentication services, digital credential services, and access review services with a variety of commercial, custom, and open-source solutions.

　　This role requires a balance of technical expertise and good communication skills to drive effective Active Directory, Azure AD and AWS Managed Domain practices.

　　ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Active Directory Manager: Maintain and help optimize Pfizer's global Azure AD, AWS Managed Domains and Active Directory infrastructures, which includes troubleshooting and monitoring the performance of these systems and provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams. This role will also participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises and in SOX and business audits related to operations of the directory procedures and processes.

　　Automation: Help automate routine tasks across Pfizer's authentication systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of authentication systems.

　　Policy and Procedure Development: Help maintain directory and authentication management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

　　Risk Management: Respond to security incidents related to compromise and help investigate to determine root causes and remediation actions.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.5+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure AD and Active Directory in organizations with greater than 50,000 users.Requires comprehensive knowledge of AWS, Azure AD and Active Directory and a good understanding of other authentication technologies.Able to work independently with instruction on complex problems and be able to work as a team player.Takes appropriate risks to help resolve moderately complex authentication and authorization problems within a Global environment.Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to write and verbally articulate industry terminology to interact at a technical and managerial levels.
