　　Channel: Top 10% TLA ONT and Special trade

　　Personification of the Luxury Portfolio and be the main ambassadorDrive the Luxury Execution strategy role out in the Luxury omnichannelDeliver exponential portfolio share and its value growth through driving super-charged performance through the Luxury Commercial teamDemonstrate an excellent coaching ability and take deep personal responsibility for developing the talent future pipeline of the market and capability of the team.Lead development of the market Commercial Capability plan for field sales, and drive activation of global learning programs (supporting in-market faculty development and deployment.Accountable for recommendation and delivery of efficiency and sales targets and help deliver overall key business objectives.Deliver brilliant execution in the top TLA accountsClosely collaborate with Luxury Customer Activation Manager, Advocacy team, Culture teams to set up KPI and make sure activations can be executedDevelop great relationships internal and external stakeholderOwnership of luxury P&L for market, including performance and profitability metrics
