　　About function

　　The Supply Financial Controlling and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.

　　Here you can be truly connected to our brands and can get an insight into Procurement sourcing strategy and support their work with financials. You can be the Finance business partner to the Production sites and the Logistics team moving finished goods from the factories to the warehouse, then to the distributors or consumers.

　　We are one team with the market and have a plenty of occasions to understand the business focus areas and get business insights.

　　About the role

　　Deliver monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, reporting and forecasting)

　　Play a key role in the preparation and submission of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan

　　Partner with senior level internal stakeholders as well as peers, build great relationships, support them with accurate and timely reporting, respond to ad hoc requests

　　Play a key role in ensuring completeness of profit center/market figures

　　Deliver accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the partner

　　Support finance processes where business judgement is needed; provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested

　　Generate ad hoc analysis to enable quality decision-making

　　Give guidance within and to other teams as well related to planning & analysis & forecasting

　　Lead, manage and coach a team of 3

　　About You

　　Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business

　　5-6 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis / Financial Controlling / Accounting

　　Experience in Supply Finance

　　Experience in a global FMCG / Shared services environment or similar dynamic operating environment

　　Strong analytical skills, proven ability to communicate with partners at varying levels and the ability to flex to different market environments / cultures

　　Ability to resolve problems independently

　　Experience with SAP is an advantage

　　Proficient in English
