Description

　　We are looking for tech savvy, creative, proactive and highly diligent individual with exceptional communication skills to help our team build dashboards, understand complex processes in the Workflow team and help automate, simplify and drive workload reduction by independently driving projects, provide regular updates to the organization leadership on progress. This person will also analyze data to drive the complex decisions for key workforce issues.

　　Tech Skills

　　• Data Warehousing, Modelling and SQL expertise to build and optimize queries and extract data.

　　• VBA and Python expertise to handle large data sets and smoothen existing/redundant processes

　　• Visualization expertise to create stand-alone dashboards usin\g visualization tools i.e. QuickSight, Power BI & Tableau

　　• Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting / visualization tools.

　　• Experience data modeling and transformation of large-scale data sources using SQL, Redshift, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, EMR, or other Big Data technologies

　　• Knowledge of scripting for automation (e.g. Python, Perl, R etc. )

　　• Experience with Selenium, Quicksight, UI Path, process mapping and Lean Sig Sigma is desirable.

　　Automate manual reports and dashboards using SQL, ETL tools and Quicksight.

　　Map and understand complex processes with or without existing SOPs.

　　Leverage coding expertise to automate processes using RPA, Selenium, MS Access, MS Excel, VBA, Python.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　2+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent

　　Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

　　Experience with SQL or ETL

　　Experience scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby)

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience using very large datasets

　　Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques
