  We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our People Operations team in Japan.   What You'll Do:

  Involvement in the annual Benefits Renewals across APAC locations, actively managing benefits contract and vendor relations Administer Japan Benefits Onboarding for new hires, including handling the Japanese health check-up system. Oversee Leave of Absence processing in Japan, maintaining contact with the company doctor and ensuring compliance. Take charge of Japanese and Korean Compliance Management, including Health Committee responsibilities and collaboration with the company doctor for office inspections. Manage Rules of Employment Administration for Korea and Japan, participating in Employee Relations cases in Japan, and administering the Korea DC Plan. Serve as a liaison between Korea authorities and the Datadog Finance team, while also contributing to various People Operations tasks such as HR surveys, reporting, and updating and APAC Holiday Calendar. Who You Are:

  Having a written and spoken Japanese and English ability, you thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused tech company where every day is filled with energy and purpose. You have a strong understanding of labor regulations across multiple countries, including Japan and Korea. Experience with labor law compliance, including Employment Rules and the 36 Agreement. Proficiency in managing benefits administration and contracts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You excel both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team player.
